Shelby Brake Light Cover

I've had little time, or resources, to add to my stang in the past few months. I did, however, get one thing that adds a little personal touch, a cover for my third brake light with my name on it. I know, I know, it's not a Shelby Mustang, but it's Shelby's Mustang.

The installation was simple, clean off the light with the provided alcohol wipe, peel off the backs of the double sided tape, and stick on. Although I will add that the backs of the tape were annoying and difficult to get off. It was worth it though. It looks great, especially at night.

Introduction

While most little girls my age were awestruck with the Barbie dream car, I was disgusted by its nauseating pinkness and was more focused on my own "dream car," the Ford Mustang.  I had always been fascinated by cars because I grew up around them since my dad is a journalist/photographer dealing mainly in the automotive industry. Mustangs had always been my favorite. Their ability to have retro styling, artistic lines, sleekness, and still be a muscle car impressed me. My whole life I had dreamt of owning one. This past summer, my dream came true. The beauty pictured above is my 2006 stang. It's a V6 with a 5-speed manual transmission and GT appearance package. In this blog, my main goal is to highlight the Mustang's capabilities and natural beauty along with posts about the customization of my stang. Check back frequently for updates!
